

Bison Burger
A new twist to a classic bareque meal. Salt and pepper chips add flavour and bind your burgers so they don't fall apart on the barbeque. Also, it is a great gluten-free subsitute for breadcrumbs. Suprise your bbq party with this tasty burger.
Ingredients
Burger Patties
- 1 lbs Ground bison
- 2 tbsp Whole grain mustard
- 2 Cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Crushed salt & pepper potato chips
Toppings
- 4 Burger buns Pro tip: Toast the buns on the grill prior to serving
- Lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, onions and condiments
Instructions
- Preheat grill to a medium heat
- Combine ground bison, mustard, garlic, egg, and potato chips in a bowl. Divide into 4 equal patties
- Grill uncovered until nicely browed on the first side, approximately 2 to 3 minutes. Flip burgers and continue to cook for 2 additional minutes
- Serve with toppings as desired
