Are these the only packages available?
Heck no! All quarters, halves, and full bison packages are customizable for the cut of meat that suits your cooking style. If a quarter bison is beyond your appetite, contact us as we can price out your preferred cuts.
How do I order?
We are currently taking orders using our pdf order form that can be emailed to us or over the phone. We take payment by cheque or e-transfer, or by credit card with an additional 2.5% processing fee.
When can I expect my order?
We butcher animals as they become ready. We can schedule you in advance for a time that is convenient for you or contact us to see our next availability.
Do you deliver?
We serve Edmonton and surrounding areas. You will be contacted when your order is ready to arrange a time for pick up or delivery, depending on your location.

Roasts, steaks, ground, sausage, and the list goes on! There are many choices for meat cuts which can be overwhelming.
