Bison Burger
A new twist to a classic bareque meal. Salt and pepper chips add flavour and bind your burgers so they don't fall apart on the barbeque. Also, it is a great gluten-free subsitute for breadcrumbs.

Burger Patties

Ground bison

Whole grain mustard

Cloves of garlic, minced
1
Egg
1
cup
Crushed salt & pepper potato chips
Toppings

Burger buns
Pro tip: Toast the buns on the grill prior to serving
Lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, onions and condiments
Instructions
Preheat grill to a medium heat
Combine ground bison, mustard, garlic, egg, and potato chips in a bowl. Divide into 4 equal patties
Grill uncovered until nicely browed on the first side, approximately 2 to 3 minutes. Flip burgers and continue to cook for 2 additional minutes
Serve with toppings as desired
