Delivery Policy
This Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which True Grit Buffalo Ranch provides local delivery services for orders of bison meat placed through our website.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently offer delivery services to the following locations in Alberta, Canada:
- Edmonton and surrounding areas
- Calgary
- Red Deer
2. Order Placement
Orders may be placed through our website at any time during the week. All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment.
3. Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are made once per week, every Friday, between the hours of 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM (Mountain Time).
4. Order Cut-Off Time
To be eligible for Friday delivery, orders must be received by 4:00 PM (MT) on the Thursday immediately prior. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be scheduled for delivery the following week.
5. Delivery Conditions
Customers must ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery during the specified delivery window. If no one is available at the delivery address, we reserve the right to leave the order at the location or return it, depending on the circumstances. Additional fees may apply for redelivery.
6. Delivery Fees and Minimums
Delivery fees start at $19 CAD and vary based on delivery location. Minimum order amounts may be required.
7. Changes and Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations must be requested before the Thursday 4:00 PM deadline. We cannot guarantee modifications for requests received after this time.
