Directions

  • Step 1

    Sauté ground Bison in a pan over medium heat, until cooked through.

  • Step 2

    Add diced onion, zucchini, bell pepper and continue to sauté for 5 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Season with dill, oregano, salt and pepper to taste.

  • Step 4

    Serve on a bed of spinach with feta cheese and tzatziki.
