I absolutely love the ground bison, I add it to my pasta dishes. The burgers don’t shrink when cooking! The jerky is amazing. They also have bones with bone marrow for pets! Great place and friendly people

Great service! Being a man I didn’t really look up any information on True grit before I drove there. When I got there they were closed. Called and they drove down to open the store so I could get some smokies for a BBQ. Will return in the future when they are open. Lol

I ordered my bison in the spring. It did not disappoint! Tastes just like beef without all the fat! I love how my burgers don’t shrink on the BBQ. I will definitely be ordering more this fall! If you want to support local and want high quality meat I suggest you give them a try!

Recently received our order of meat. The quality is unmatched and the pricing was incredibly low! Ended up being cheaper than a grocery store for way better quality. Can’t say enough about how easy it was to deal with True Grit and how happy I am with my order.
