Our ranch isn’t just a place; it’s a sanctuary where our herd roams as nature intended. Across vast stretches of untouched land, they graze freely, their hooves treading softly. We’ve reclaimed the essence of the open range, a bygone era—a time when the buffalo symbolized resilience, strength, and the enduring spirit of the West. By allowing them to graze freely on nutrient-rich grasses and plants, as well as a customized diet that includes a perfect balance of minerals, hay, molasses, and oats, we ensure that they develop robust, nuanced flavours that are a testament to their natural environment and freedom.
Stress-Free Meat
Raising stress-free bison is paramount to ensuring the highest quality of meat, and this principle lies at the core of our ranching philosophy. We minimize the stress and anxiety that often accompanies mass meat production. This translates into healthier, happier animals, which is not only ethically important but also has tangible effects on the quality of the meat they produce. In addition, your experience will also be stress free knowing where your meat is produced, what they’ve eaten, and how they’ve been treated.
Hearty Herd
Bison meat stands out as an excellent alternative to Beef and other proteins. With lower fat content and fewer calories, it offers a leaner option without compromising on protein quantity. In addition, bison on our ranch are raised in a more natural, free-range environment, reducing exposure to antibiotics and growth hormones commonly found in beef production. This combination of factors makes bison meat an appealing choice for those who are health-conscious and concerned about where their proteins come from.

We come from a long line of ranchers with over twenty years of experience and we honour them with our commitment to tradition, sustainability, and the well being of our herd. We never do things the wrong way just because it’s easy, or take shortcuts at the expense of our herd or the final product we offer. We are proud to serve our community by providing high quality, ethically produced and nutritious bison meat just as our ancestors did while honouring these amazing animals that graze our lands.
